The company has announced two senior promotions and recruited six new staff.
The move follows growing demand from small businesses for TaxAssist’s jargon free accountancy advice and support, which is provided by a 200-strong UK franchisee network.
Its support centre in Norwich, which has 53 staff members, provides training and technical and business development support.
Karl Sandall, group chief executive of The TaxAssist Group, says: “We are driving forward a number of new initiatives around the services we provide to our accountants and their clients.
“Our network is growing fast to meet the many developments in the accountancy world around Making Tax Digital, new technology and software and the growing need for advisory services.
“To meet this demand, we have acted swiftly to recruit the right staff to deliver the expertise needed to ensure TaxAssist Accountants remains a market leader in the field of small business tax and accountancy.”
The new initiatives include the introduction of additional tax and payroll services, which offer benefits in terms of pricing, time efficiencies and marketability.
