The company has received outstanding feedback from its franchisees following a wide-ranging network survey
TaxAssist Accountants has been awarded 5-star Franchisee Satisfaction from WorkBuzz, a leading independent franchise consultancy, joining an elite group of just four franchisors to have won this prestigious award for 10 years running.
The WorkBuzz survey works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey that asks them 31 questions about their franchise ownership experience.
Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is then assigned an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) score.

TaxAssist Accountants received high benchmark results in key areas of the survey which inform the final Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark report. These include training and support, franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership, value and rewards and overall satisfaction.
