The Best Magic Mirrors recruits its first franchisee

The business has not only continued to provide fun photobooth experiences virtually but has also achieved the prestigious British Franchise Association status

Amongst the uncertainty in the events and entertainment industry, The Best Magic Mirrors franchisor, Chris Goodchild, pivoted his events company to secure its first franchisee Lauren Hill.

The Buckinghamshire-based events company has, like many others, had to face some serious challenges over the past seven months. However, Chris has not only continued providing fun photobooth experiences virtually but has also achieved prestigious British Franchise Association status.

Chris said: “When the COVID-19 restrictions came into force, I recognised that this could be an opportunity to focus on the growth of the company. That might sound ‘counterintuitive’ but when you’re doing well it’s easiest to just keep delivering what clients want.

“The past seven to eight months have enabled The Best Magic Mirrors to offer a new, super fun, and engaging online experience.

“Additionally, we are now in a position to grow the business nationally via our franchise opportunity. I have been working closely with Pip Wilkins, CEO of the bfa and her team to become the first Band 0 member. Consequently, we now have our first Windsor-based franchisee on board – it’s an incredible feeling of success against the odds.”

Lauren will be the owner of The Best Magic Mirrors Windsor and explained why she decided now was the time to buy a franchise. “I was working in an industry which I enjoyed but I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted,” she said. “I just wasn’t fulfilled and craved greater success. Then I was introduced to The Best Magic Mirrors.
