Top franchise manager becomes Chemex franchisee

After a 15-year career managing franchisees, Andrew Davis has decided to invest in his own business

He has joined cleaning and hygiene supplies specialist Chemex to run its North Leicestershire franchise.

Previously Andrew was a regional manager with Dyno-Rod, supporting 20 franchisees and prior to that he was engaged by Chem-Dry in a national marketing role.

“It’s been a long-standing ambition to run my own business and with my knowledge of the franchising world this was an obvious route to take,” Andrew says. “It is a little strange being on the other side of the fence, but that is countered by the potential to build a profitable multi-van business. Much of my work has been geared towards helping franchisees develop excellent customer care and high-quality service delivery and this will be at the forefront of my own business.”

Andrew’s franchise is based in Quorn and covers Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Coalville.
