Kerry adds: “We really enjoy running a franchise and the flexibility it brings. As our business has grown, we’ve been able to recruit a team to run things, so we can concentrate on meeting with clients, both existing and potential.”

Built-on support

As a management franchise, cleaning industry experience is not required. Comprehensive training is provided, along with ongoing support and mentoring through business development managers, who support franchisees in developing and operating their NIC business.
