Frank Milner, president of global education franchise, Tutor Doctor, gives his expert advice on why passion and drive can be the ideal combination for success.

Education franchises combine two of the most important industries that demand high levels of passion and drive – teaching and business. As simple as this may seem, for many it can be a challenge to project these attitudes. But, like with most things, setting the example and leading from the front can have a hugely positive impact across every level of your business.

Resilience

The last 20 months have taught us that, as a franchise owner – especially in the education industry – you will encounter unexpected challenges. The pandemic has shown us that the education industry vitally needs passionate people setting the example to navigate and manage extenuating circumstances, from extreme situations to the day-to-day running of a franchise.
