Sylvie has sold her home in east London and is relocating to Brighton. In her leisure time she enjoys snowboarding and scuba diving, as well as getting out on her beloved Triumph Tiger 800 motorbike.

“I suppose I haven’t quite grown up yet,” she says. “I’m looking forward to the challenges of living in a new place and starting a new business. As well as hopefully improving the quality of my life and my work-life balance, I’m relishing the opportunity of returning to work in a small business environment - that’s where I feel most at home - and where I’ll get the chance to do a bit of everything, which I prefer.

“I plan to get established as quickly and successfully as I can and then work hard to grow the business, possibly take on staff at some point and then, long term, look to take on another territory.
