A day in the life of a franchise owner for The Kleaning Company

8.00 am
Breakfast and a quick phone call to supervisors already on site. Check that all is ready with no issues. Found site, found site manager and parking are all okay and ready to start. Any issues are discussed

9.00 am
In the office, check emails and any questions from clients and potential clients

10.00 am
Check Barbour ABI data for new leads. Make sales calls and appointments for new business

11.00 am
Download previous day jobs data spreadsheets and input onto the TKC system

Midday
Visit sites to view and tender for jobs. Whilst out also do a spot check on sites and audit existing jobs

3.00 pm
Back from the site and analyse the visit. Work up tender and submit with a courtesy call to the potential client

4.00 pm
Update and finalise the schedule for the next day and communicate out to supervisors as the business is available 24/7 for support

5.00 to 6.00 pm
Call supervisors to check that the day went well. Ensure paperwork is signed off.
