Business Coaching Company, ActionCOACH finished 2013 off with a real bang when they became the first franchise to receive “Five Star Franchisee Satisfaction” status at the annual Best Franchise Conference, held in Birmingham at the end of last year.
The prestigious award, comes as a great achievement for the company in the midst of an exciting growth phase with a UK record number of new franchise partners set to attend the next initial ActionCOACH Training. With prospective franchisees having such variety of choice in the franchise market, ActionCOACH stands out as one of the top business opportunities in the franchise world, as rated on feedback by current Franchisees of the company.
Smith & Henderson, specialists in the franchise world, already recognised a handful of exceptional franchisors through the Best Franchise Awards earlier this year. Now, they aim to build on this and identify greater transparency and excellence in a selected group of franchisors.
To be eligible for the award the franchisor must allow the Smith & Henderson research team to confidentially survey their franchisees. At least 50% of franchisees must complete the survey and feedback is in all key areas of the franchise including:

- General Satisfaction
ActionCOACH soared to new heights in several areas of the survey scoring a whopping 100% for their Initial Training and support, 100% for their Products and Services, 94% for their overall Franchise System and a fantastic 91% for Non-financial Rewards.
