Blossom Home Care‘s proven business model enables its franchisees to deliver premium holistic home care services in their community. Receiving recognition for this within the care industry is therefore a source of great pride for the brand.
Since 2016, Blossom Home Care as a whole – as well as many of its team members – have been shortlisted for or won dozens of awards, including 25 awards that its regional offices and staff members have been recently nominated for.
Co-founder Fiona Leggott has also received two more nods, being a finalist in the Lifetime Achievement Award category at the Social Care Leadership Awards, as well as the Home Care Business Woman of the Year at the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care (WAGS) Awards.
The Social Care Leadership Awards provides an opportunity to showcase excellence in senior leadership in the sector, whilst the WAGS recognise accomplishments at all levels of leadership and from across the whole of the social care sector.
Fiona said: “I am of course delighted to be shortlisted for these awards, but I am also so proud of the Blossom team that enables us to deliver such phenomenal holistic care to every client.”
Fiona has previously received extensive recognition for her work within the social care sector, winning the Great British Care Awards’ Regional Winner North East for Outstanding Contribution to Social Care in 2019, the Social Care Nurse Award in 2020, and the Executive Home Care Leader Award in 2021.
