Business Doctors adds another location to existing network

Andy Dunkley is the latest expert to join the business support franchise and will be setting up his new office in Milton Keynes, Bucks

After spending over 30 years of working in corporate and private equity-owned companies, Andy Dunkley was ready for a change in direction and was drawn to the idea of helping SMEs within his hometown.

Born and raised in Northampton, Andy went to university in Southampton before becoming a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton working in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. He worked for Newell Brands in a variety of finance roles before taking on CEO roles working for private equity companies that focused on growing businesses to create value for their shareholders.

“I have always taken great satisfaction in working with people to achieve growth and their business goals but also to help them with their personal goals through coaching, training, and sharing experiences. I believe that our working life is so much more important than ‘just a job’,” said Andy.

This mindset makes him a perfect match for the founders of Business Doctors who started the franchise with the same belief some 18 years ago. Co-founder Matthew Levington said: “Andy totally gets us! He genuinely wants to help business owners within his location, he wants to make a difference and enjoy the journey along the way - we are delighted to have him onboard.”

Business Doctors franchising was launched in the Northwest of England in 2004 and now has offices in Bulgaria, Belgium, India, the Republic of Ireland, Malta, Myanmar, Portugal and South Africa.
