In-depth training ensures that the loss assessor’s recruits hit the ground running

Five new franchisees have officially joined the Aspray network following their successful completion of the business’ comprehensive training course.

The franchisees include David Paton in Darlington, Ben Coverdale in Durham, Ed Jackson in Dorchester, Andrew Dolby in Nottingham, and Ash Bhudia in Bradford and Halifax, all of whom spent two weeks undergoing comprehensive training designed to provide them with the expertise needed to run a successful franchise.

Aspray’s two-week training course covers fundamental aspects of property claims management, including in-depth insurance training to ensure a thorough understanding of the claims process. New franchisees also receive expert guidance on sales and marketing strategies to effectively grow their businesses, as well as hands-on experience in surveying and scoping to accurately assess property damage and oversee property restoration projects.

Of the experience, Andrew Dolby said: “I am eager to use this expertise to support policyholders effectively and ensure their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism. Even before joining Aspray, the support and encouragement from the head office team as well as the wider network have been brilliant. The training received was comprehensive and has equipped me to achieve successful outcomes. It’s clear that the expert knowledge and support will be available anytime required.”

As part of their training, the new franchisees also had the opportunity to meet Aspray’s head office team – a chance to connect with those who will be supporting them in their new roles. From claims management specialists to marketing and finance professionals, the head office team ensures each franchisee has the tools and knowledge they need. Building these relationships early on is an important part of Aspray’s efforts to show new franchisees that they are part of a strong, supportive network.
