Free workshop and networking event for new and prospective franchisors

New and prospective franchisors are being invited to a free workshop and networking session designed to give them the tools they need to successfully grow their businesses.

The Emerging Franchisor event is the latest in a series of Franchisor Academy sessions run by chartered accountants and business advisory organisation d&t, which takes place on June 11 (10am-4pm) at the company’s base near Swindon. 

Dave Galvin, managing director of d&t, explains: “Franchisors will have access to our team of experts, who will offer real world, practical advice and tips along with activities to help them think differently in relation to their company’s strategy for growth.

“There will be no sales patter, simply great information to help make the most of your size to develop your business, delivered in a supportive and friendly environment.

“We will be examining the franchisor lifecycle, including growing pains and gains, size in relation to recruitment, what makes a good franchisor, plus there will be hands on, collaborative networking and brainstorming sessions. 

d&t is also encouraging franchisors to reveal their biggest business problems and get input from speakers and fellow attendees on how to solve them in ‘Mastermind’ group sessions. In addition, attendees will get the chance to book one to one slots with many of the speakers, gaining invaluable insight and expertise on an individual basis.
