InXpress takes two Global Franchise Awards

Shipping specialist crowned Global Franchise Champion and wins Best White Collar Franchise category

InXpress scooped two prestigious Global Franchise Awards at a virtual awards ceremony held today (April 30).

Not only did the shipping specialist win Best White Collar Franchise, it was also crowned Global Franchise Champion.

Melanie Spencer, InXpress’ global head of marketing, says: “Being up against so many exceptional franchise brands, we’re both proud and humbled to have won the Global Franchise Champion award, as well as Best White Collar Franchise.”

The Global Franchise Awards are judged by an expert panel from around the world, including Pip Wilkins, CEO of the British Franchise Association, and Robert Cresanti, president and CEO of the International Franchise Association.

Of the judging process, James Fell, editor of Global Franchise magazine, says: “The Global Franchise Awards 2021 was the first year that this initiative had to take into consideration the effects of COVID-19 on the global business community.

“Reading through applications, it was astonishing to see the support, ingenuity and innovation franchisors provided to their franchise networks over the last year.”
