My Window Cleaner celebrates gleaming results in WorkBuzz survey

The van-based franchise has successfully demonstrated its position as not only the industry-leading window cleaning franchise but a trailblazer that is consistently setting new standards in cleaning

My Window Cleaner is celebrating being awarded a five-star rating and ringing endorsements across the board from the latest WorkBuzz survey.

WorkBuzz is an independent organisation that has gathered feedback from franchisees of 200-plus brands across the UK since 2011. Franchisees rate their franchisor on key criteria: their training and support for franchisees, leadership, the franchise system, value and rewards, culture and relationships, and general franchisee satisfaction. With My Window Cleaner achieving a five-star rating, it has established itself as a leading brand within the cleaning and services industries.

The results of the survey produce a benchmark for participating franchise brands – My Window Cleaner impressively scored above 85 per cent in all of the key criteria, with five out of the six exceeding 90 per cent. Highlighting its systems, support, leadership and vision for the future, the franchise also received a 100 per cent satisfaction rating from franchisees in several subcategories. These included Initial Training and Support, Maintaining Standards, Expanding Business, Products and Services and Going the Extra Mile.
