Cardiff and Newport resale franchisee, Libby has achieved 12 months of sales in six months
Libby, who purchased the Cardiff and Newport Betterclean Services resale franchise in May 2023, has seen rapid growth and success in her first 6 months in business.
“It’s been hard work, but enjoyable,” Libby says. “I’ve built some really good relationships, which have furthered our organic leads.”
One of the highlights for Libby has been hearing positive comments from businesses who found them through word-of-mouth recommendations.
“Having people ask to work with us on the recommendation of our clients is flattering,” she says. “It reaffirms that we are providing the standard we set out to achieve.”
Libby takes pride in the impact her services have had. “To know that we made such a difference to the service clients were receiving, resulting in more work and recommendations from them, is a highlight in itself,” she explains. “It makes it all worth it.”
Libby also credits the ongoing support from Betterclean Services, both in operations and marketing.
“The support has been great from day one,” she says. “As I’ve gotten further into the business, the support I need has changed, and I’ve settled into a good flow. Knowing I have a huge arsenal of backup for any little matter that arises is reassuring.”
Libby’s transparency with clients, careful recruiting practices, and focus on both staff and client relationships have all contributed to exceeding her targets in the first 6 months. “It goes a long way!” she says.
Looking ahead, Libby plans to focus on steady and stable growth while continuing to nurture her existing relationships and provide a high standard of service. “The reputation for high standards and honest communication is very important to us,” she says.
