New direct mail solution for franchisors

The Franchise Support Centre, sister company to Horwath Franchising, has launched a centralised direct mail service specifically for franchisors looking to target their most profitable market sectors.

This new service has been launched following the recent recruitment of Iain Thornton as marketing consultant. Thornton brings with him many years of sales and marketing experience within the franchise industry, having most recently worked as Marketing Manager for Recognition Express, whose own direct mail programme is regularly cited by franchisees as their biggest source of new business.

“Franchisees can get tied up in the day-to-day operation of their businesses and marketing with any degree of consistency can sometimes be neglected,” says Thornton. “Centrally managed programmes provide franchisors with the means to ensure that approved regular local marketing activity is performed to an agreed timetable with minimal franchisee input.
