OSCAR will give 20 people the chance to buy a franchise for 20 per cent less than the usual purchase price of £14,995 (plus VAT) in 2015.
The company has over 90 franchisees in the UK, some of whom have been with the business since it started franchising in 1994.

Franchisees provide a complete pet care service to customers, which includes delivering specialist pet foods and accessories, as well as expert animal nutrition advice.
Customers also have access to a free helpline, where OSCAR consultants answer questions on anything from animal behaviour to training.
Franchises can be run from home.
The franchise package includes full training and support, an exclusive trading territory, start-up stock, corporate clothing and advice on marketing, finance and accounts.
