Richard Gordon invests in brand’s Camberley, Farnborough and Fleet territory
A former registered care manager has become Radfield Home Care’s latest franchisee.
Richard Gordon had been thinking about launching his own care business for several years, before investing in Radfield’s Camberley, Farnborough and Fleet territory.
He says: “I’d considered taking the next step for two-three years, which seemed like a natural progression from my role as a registered care manager.
“But while being at the forefront during the coronavirus outbreak in 2020, reacting to changes, implementing protective measures and working with community partners more than ever to ensure client and staff safety, my passion to offer my own service to my local community became stronger than ever.
“I decided to go down the franchising route so I could benefit from the strength of an established brand, while remaining a locally run business.
“Radfield stood out due to its innovative systems, which promote a more streamlined way of managing care, the sense of family, as well as a strong team ethic within the brand.”
Richard will be launching his business at an exciting time for Radfield, which is currently investing heavily in expanding its franchise support team, trialling new technology services and developing new income streams.
