Record breaking year at TaxAssist Accountants

With more than 400 TaxAssist Accountants offices nationwide, the network provides a range of services to around 78,000 customers

TaxAssist Accountants has reached another milestone after smashing its new business enquiry targets throughout 2022.

James Mattam, group business development director, says: “Since August, the network has seen a strong uplift in the number of new enquiries from business owners and personal tax clients, which has broken several monthly records for previous years’ lead numbers in the second half of this year.”

The franchise is also set to deliver more than 12,000 qualified inbound leads in 2022 as a result of the various marketing strategies and campaigns, which is having a positive effect on new client acquisition for the company’s accountants.

James adds: “We continue to see good client wins coming through local channels such as shopfronts, branded cars and local advertising, and more ‘switcher’ clients choosing to join TaxAssist because they are not receiving the support they deserve, which we expect to continue as the busy tax season approaches.

“With Making Tax Digital (MTD) on the horizon, which will create further opportunities for accountants, we are working on a number of exciting new campaigns both internally for clients and externally for prospects via our MTD hubs.

“With a huge amount of momentum and new revenue streams for our network with the introduction of TaxAssist financial services, 2023 is shaping up to be an exciting year for growth.”
