Six UK franchise opportunities are celebrating after winning coveted Franchise Marketing Awards for their innovative promotional campaigns.
Judged by an independent panel of experts, the winners were:
• Mac Tools - Best Print Advert.
• Plug and Play Design - Best Website.
• Home Instead Senior Care - Best PR Campaign.
• Wilkins Chimney Sweep - Best Marketing Support.
• Dream Doors - Best Online Marketing Campaign.
• Dyno - Best Overall Marketing Campaign.
“It is great to see so much creativity being used in the marketing campaigns of the finalists,” Adrian Goodsell of Venture Marketing Group, the awards organiser, says.
“There were many fantastic entries, both from well established brands and companies relatively new to franchising.
“With all the recent news about small businesses being the lifeblood of the economy, it is extremely gratifying to see the franchise industry thriving in such a way.”
Louise Harris, franchise director at Wilkins Chimney Sweep, was overjoyed to have won an award.
“It is a huge thrill to be recognised for something we take very seriously and have put a huge amount of effort into,” she explains.
“The subject of how much and how well a franchisor should support their franchisees through marketing is a regular discussion at franchisor events we attend and we’re thrilled to know that in the eyes of the judges we’re doing it right.”
