Concept Claim Solutions celebrates high-performing franchise partner

Steve Nuttall is the latest Concept Claim Solutions franchise partner to receive a Franchise Partner of the Quarter Award

Every quarter, Concept celebrates and gives recognition to franchise partners who have exceeded its expectations. Steven Nuttall from Concept Claim Solutions (Hertford) was a recent recipient of a Franchise Partner of the Quarter Award for his outstanding service and support to fellow franchise partners.

Steve’s success in building a strong professional network – vital for marketing a business, increasing visibility and taking it to the next level – has earned him the ‘Most Referrals’ Award multiple times at his local BNI Colossus group.

One notable example was a 70-year-old customer who had been struggling with a claim for over six years due to subsidence. Steve took over the case last year and worked tirelessly to guarantee that the customer received the necessary remediation to make their property habitable again. He even went as far as to persuade the insurance company to take action against the council over the trees and brought it to the attention of the local Member of Parliament for Southend.

Similarly, Steve demonstrated his professionalism with a customer who wanted sustainable materials for repairs. He went out of his way to source a recycled kitchen and other resources and used eco-friendly prints, showcasing his attention to detail and commitment to sustainability.
