The former CEO of Antal, Bugie (pictured) has introduced over 700 people in 40-plus countries to the world of recruitment franchising during the past 30 years.
He started his own franchise UK business, called Humana, with Dragons Dens’ James Caan and sold it in 1999.

Doug has also been CEO of Norman Broadbent, a large, publicly traded recruitment company, and at the age of 30 ran for US Congress for Cleveland, his hometown.
