Focus on franchising

The National Franchise Exhibition, the UK’s largest dedicated franchise event, promises a diverse selection of franchise opportunities at the NEC, Birmingham on October 5-6.

The event will offer visitors the chance to meet over 250 leading franchise companies, as well as the opportunity to gain an insight into the benefits of running their own business as part of an established brand.

Companies exhibiting include Dream Doors, Cash Converters, Mail Boxes Etc, McDonald’s Restaurants, Prontaprint, Energie Fitness Clubs and Thresher Group.

Sponsored by the British Franchise Association and The Daily Express, the exhibition is the focal point of National Franchise Week, a week of seminars and networking opportunities organised by the bfa.

As well as the many franchise companies exhibiting, visitors can also take advantage of a free seminar programme, Franchise Match-Making Zone, Women in Franchising Zone and The Growing Your Own Business Exhibition & Conference, an excellent forum for people who want expert advice on how to develop and strengthen their business.

New to this year’s show is the Next Step Clinic. Facilitated by Franaccounts, a specialist franchise accountant, the clinic offers visitors individual advice on the next financial steps to take once they’ve decided which franchise to invest in.
