After a successful pilot launch in Richmond, Your GYM has created a franchising operation suited to the growing trend of a smaller, more personal service that’s often unseen in bigger fitness clubs.

Your GYM offers a hybrid product that bridges the gap between affordable personal training and the popular HIIT (high intensity interval training) concept.

Franchisee Adam Wakefield, an experienced personal trainer, has just completed his training.
