Franchisees set to embark on CareYourWay Academy

Domiciliary and live-in care franchise, CareYourWay, is rolling out an 18-month long training programme for new recruits

Home-care franchise, CareYourWay, has announced it will be implementing a new training programme for franchisees called CareYourWay Academy.

The initiative aims to support franchisees before and after the launch of their businesses by providing ongoing support from a team of executive coaches, former CEOs, and business consultants.

Those franchisees who complete the 18-month academy will receive a nationally recognised qualification.

The training programme is currently underway with its first set of franchisees. So far, the brand said its consultants and executive coaches have described the programme as a “groundbreaking programme that truly accelerates franchise partners toward an outstanding home care business.” 

In a press release, the franchise commented: “For the past 17 years, CareYourWay has delivered outstanding domiciliary and live-in care for all individuals at home, supporting them to remain independent where they are at their happiest and most comfortable.”

CareYourWay now hopes to recruit more franchisees from across the UK.
