The Franchise Resales team is now extending its remote working capabilities to buyers and sellers across the country

The Franchise Resales team is adapting to the “new norm”. In a statement yesterday (24th March), CEO Julie Taylor and the team said: “Looking after our customers in these trying times can be challenging to say the least. However, we want to inform you that we are fully open for business, although there will be a few changes to how we operate. Most of our team are working from home and there will be no change to how the day to day operations are being handled.

“Our team live across the country; our norm is to operate the business via telephone, video call or email – so we thought why not extend this to buyers and sellers?  Meetings do not need to stop – just how we go about them will be different.

“We still have enquiries coming in for businesses, not as many as usual – but they are still there. Our perspective on this is if people are enquiring now, then they have a real interest in the business they are applying for.

Regardless of the type of business, you are interested in; we will do our very best to accommodate you.”
