The education business is holding a discovery day on 5 March in Birmingham

School is Easy has some big ambitions for 2022 and adding to its rapidly growing network of franchisees is at the top of the agenda.

The education franchise is looking for someone with: 
• A passion to impact children and their families
• The drive and flair to grow their own business, using their entrepreneurial skills to be innovative and creative
• Business development acumen
• Excellent people skills with a sales and community focus
• The ability to reach out to the community and build an effective local marketing strategy.

Franchise recruitment manager, Alexis Orton (pictured), who joined School is Easy Great Britain in July 2021, said: “The focus for me is reaching out to the right people. You don’t need to be from an education or business background. Our comprehensive training will take care of that.

“We want to speak to driven and ambitious people who want to build a profitable business that will change children’s lives and create confident young learners.”
