 Training: there are 40 hours of online training followed by two weeks of on-site training that covers all the aspects of running a franchise, consultative sales, negotiating and closing deals, project management, and energy auditing certification and preparation. You will also be able to undergo the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Green Associate Exam Prep course at no additional cost.

 Support: You will receive start-up and ongoing support which includes assistance with finding leads and presenting to them, managing accounts, marketing your location, and
offering advice and guidance.

 Allocated territory: you will have the right to trade under the SuperGreen Solutions brand in the area specified in your contract. It will contain a minimum of 8,000 registered businesses.

Do I need experience?

No, experience in the sustainable energy industry is not required. However, certain backgrounds are preferable, and the company looks for certain attributes and skills
in potential franchise owners. This will be discussed with you during the early stages of the application process.

Do I have to pay any ongoing fees to SuperGreen Solutions?

Yes, there are several fees that must be paid by all franchise owners.

 Royalty: for the first 12 months the fee is 5% of gross revenue or $300 per month, whichever is the greater. In year two it is 5% or $500 per month. In subsequent years the fee increases to 5% or $700 per month.
 Marketing: a flat £200 per month.
 Business management / EPOS / technology: £150 monthly
 Employee training fee: $495 per delegate + meal, travel, and accommodation costs.
 Penalties: there are charges and fees if you submit reports ($100 per report) or payments late (rate allowed by law + $10 per day).
 Contract renewal fee: $1,500.

However, it is important to note that you will be required to create and conduct a full-time marketing program and you or a staff member must devote a minimum of three hours per day to marketing.
