How much will I need to invest?
The franchise fee is £9,999 (plus VAT). In addition, start-up costs are also modest as you won’t require office space or staff. What you will have to pay for is the relevant insurance cover, to sign up to The Property Ombudsman and a monthly management fee.
What will I get from Sourced Investment Property?
As a franchise owner with Sourced, you will receive:
• Training: a five-day, intensive training course will ready you to launch your business. You will also be trained to use the customer relationship management system.
• Pre-launch support: you will be assisted to identify a suitable and exclusive territory and develop your launch marketing campaigns. A dedicated launch campaign, including press coverage, will also be developed with you.
