Aspray has again received the prestigious 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award from WorkBuzz – the third year in a row it has earned this honour. The award is particularly meaningful because it is based entirely on feedback from the business’ franchisees, with their opinions collected through an anonymous survey that evaluates all aspects of the franchise experience.
WorkBuzz is a respected independent organisation that measures franchisee satisfaction across the UK. Each year, it asks franchise networks to rate their experience across key performance areas.
As part of the latest survey, franchisees rated Aspray on several important areas. These included initial training and support, ongoing help from the franchisor, leadership, company culture, financial opportunity, work-life balance, and overall satisfaction.
This year, Aspray learnt that 100% of respondents said they feel proud to be franchisees with the business. In addition, 95% of respondents expressed satisfaction with its franchise system, results that highlight the strength of the brand’s franchise offering and the high-quality support it provides its franchisees at every stage of the journey.
