The franchise is making its third appearance on the show next month
A reputation like Chicken Cottage‘s is not something that happens overnight, which is why forming meaningful relationships with high-profile partners is so important, and its established connections are one of the key benefits of the franchise. This is why Chicken Cottage will soon be featured again on Chicken Shop Date.
If you’re not familiar with the show, it involves host Amelia Dimoldenberg treating a special celebrity guest to a delicious chicken meal as she asks them a variety of questions during their “date”. In the eight years since it started, Amelia has welcomed some really big names to the show and has gained a whopping 1.5 million subscribers.
Amelia and Chicken Shop Date first visited Chicken Cottage back in 2008, when she met with famous grime MC Ghetts.
The show’s short format and casual style fit perfectly with modern internet trends and attracts a varied audience, especially teenagers, partygoers, trendsetters, and other influencers – all are a big part of Chicken Cottage’s key demographic. More than 1 million watched the first Chicken Cottage date.
Amelia returned for a second run in August 2022 for a date with US Actress, Singer and TV Personality Keke Palmer.
It was clear in this episode that Chicken Shop Date was really growing into something special with a staggering 1.7 million viewers tuning in.
The whole show is funny and spontaneous, and it’s not meant to advertise the location they’re visiting as such, but if you watch the videos, you’ll notice there are plenty of shots of the food, and of the guests tucking in. Plenty of people in the comments talk about how watching it makes them want to eat chicken! It’s the kind of third-party publicity which is gold dust to any business owner.
Chicken Cottage was one of the first locations to feature on the show when it started, and now it is back for a third visit set to air in December 2022.
