Slim Chickens comes home to roost in Manchester

New branch of the better-chicken franchise opens in Arndale

Fast-casual dining franchise, Slim Chickens, has opened in Arndale, Manchester, with the Boparan group opening its 17th UK restaurant.

Jackie Lobdell, Slim Chickens’ vice president of franchise development, was confident of the success of the Arndale franchise. She said: “Boparan Restaurant Group continually proves that they are stone-cold operators, and we know their new location will be another hit.”

Now with over 155 restaurants across the UK and USA, and with 800 more in development across the globe, Jackie was quick to point out that Slim Chickens is growing fast.
